RASTA SHRIMP PASTA
|
1½-cup heavy cream
½ stick butter
¾-cup grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
½ tsp white pepper
Splash of white wine
1 tbsp Rasta Sauce
1-package (cooked) cheese tortellini
1 lb grilled shrimp (peeled & skewered, brushed w/Rasta)
Make a light Alfredo sauce, stirring constantly. Add Rasta Sauce and the 1st five ingredients. Pour over cooked tortellini & serve with shrimp skewers on top

| RASTA CHICKEN CEASAR SALAD |
| marinate chicken breast in rasta, preferably overnight, or a couple of hours. grill or pan fry chicken. arrange fresh romaine lettuce and mix with croutons and naturally fresh classic ceasar dressing. sprinkle with parm cheese. |

| RASTA SHRIMP KABOB |
| place shrimp, green peppers, red onions and cherry tomatoes on skewers. place kabobs on grill. brush with rasta, after couple of minutes, flip skewers and brush with more rasta. "Don't Be Shy!!!" cook til shrimp is done. |

| RASTA ROASTED POTATOES |
1 stick butter
1 medium onion (diced)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
5 medium potatoes (peeled & cubed)
6oz Rasta Sauce
Melt butter; add Rasta sauce and all ingredients. Put in a baking pan and roast @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve in a bright colored dish with your favorite entrée.
